🌿 1. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

Benefits:

  • Stretches hamstrings, calves, and spine
  • Strengthens arms and shoulders
  • Improves blood circulation

How to do it:
Start on all fours, lift your hips upward, and straighten your legs to form an inverted “V” shape.
